Searching the web for a service design toolbox that I found last night, I discovered this document by Engine, a UK based service design consultancy located in London. The document outlines their Service Design Process alongside some methods for service design.
Beside the document, their website also features a list of methods and the process description, which I found quite interesting.
It’s also nice to see the consultancy’s own process, in contrast to the processes/method cards they developed for their clients, which we featured in a previous post.
